Estimates and pricing

On-site estimates for installation and replacement are free and carry no obligation. Diagnostic visits on existing equipment may carry a fee, which we tell you before dispatching. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If conditions found during the work change the scope, we stop and get your approval before continuing.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency calls, weather and access issues can move a schedule. We will tell you as soon as we know.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Our workmanship warranty terms are stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, modification by others, or lack of maintenance.
